How does somatic practice help me reconnect?

Somatic practice is about the internal experience. It teaches you to listen to your body’s signals so you can respond to stress with kindness instead of reactivity.

I’ve never meditated or done yoga. Can I do this?

Yes. This isn't about flexibility or sitting in silence for an hour. Our practices are accessible and guided, focusing on nervous system safety rather than "doing it right."

What if I’m short on time?

Most practices are 15–30 minutes. The course is designed for busy people who need effective, science-backed tools that work anywhere, anytime.

What is the difference between this and a regular yoga class?

While we use movement, the goal isn't a "workout." The goal is regulation. We use specific movements to help your brain and body communicate better, helping you feel more "at home" in your skin.
