This is a 12-week immersive journey designed to act as a complete nervous system reset. Whether experienced as a standalone digital container or paired with 1:1 Mindfulness-Based Coaching, Still You teaches you the somatic tools to down-regulate from high-alert living, release stored physical tension, and finally reconnect with the person underneath the stress.

Somatic Meditation is the missing piece.

Instead of focusing only on mental awareness, we use the body as the primary doorway to stillness.

By combining mindfulness with somatic awareness, we work directly with the nervous system to release stored tension and reset your baseline.
